To continue exceeding the diverse expectations of our customers, our Roodepoort store is looking for a motivated, highly professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team. As the in-store point of contact, you’ll be polished, articulate, and professional, always ready to impress customers with genuine care, charm, and dedication.
The ideal candidate for this position will:
-Deliver outstanding in-store customer service.
-Build new customer relationships and nurture existing ones to gain a deeper understanding of their needs.
-Apply product expertise to recommend solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
-Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and work effectively with teammates.
-Ensure a seamless customer journey, from suggesting workwear options to fulfilling their requests.
