**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):**
– Performing administrative tasks
– Verifying and capturing accurate data into systems
– Maintaining high housekeeping standards
– Preparing reports and relevant documentation
– Ensuring compliance with administrative legislation, mining regulations, safety standards, and codes of practice
– Processing reports and participating in meetings
– Contributing to team effectiveness and generating improvement ideas
– Communicating with clients

This B7-level role reports to the Planned Maintenance Coordinator.

**Qualifications**
– Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science

**Experience, Knowledge, and Skills**
– 3 years of data capturing experience
– Computer literacy (MS Office and relevant systems)
– Basic understanding of business communication
