We are seeking a Data Capturer to handle invoice capturing and support unit administration, including finalizing weekly books.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Capture invoices, requisitions, and stock sheets on the system
• Perform general admin tasks, including filing and minute-taking
• Reconcile variance reports
• Use Tsebo Source to find items, adhering to best-buy, best-price practices
• Address queries and complaints promptly
• Capture all contract-related invoices and stock, finalizing weekly books
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks
• Maintain effective security in controlled areas
• Complete and submit documentation for incidents (fire, theft, burglary, accidents)
• Request paperwork from the Catering Manager and report issues
• Ensure timely completion of stock variance reports
• Report discrepancies or issues to the Line Manager
• Capture and transfer stock to units on the operating system

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar corporate environment
