Position Overview:
At FedEx, we are looking for motivated individuals to support and complete essential operational processes across various functions including On Road (Ground Ops), Dispatch, Pick Up & Delivery, Picking, Packing, and both Domestic and International Logistics. The role involves ensuring all activities—such as courier dispatch, ramp operations, and customer service—are executed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform operational duties at station and hub locations (e.g., sorting, courier dispatch, ramp support).
- Handle domestic and international pickups and deliveries.
- Coordinate and manage packing, picking, and dispatch activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with FedEx standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
