Purpose of the Role

The General Worker – Vinliner is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process of 20ft and 40ft Vinliners used in dry bulk solutions. The role includes preparing materials, machine support, equipment operation assistance, quality checking, packaging, storage management, and adherence to TOLT’s strict safety and quality control standards.

1. Material Preparation & Handling

• Prepare the required materials for daily production according to schedules.
• Ensure materials are measured, cut, or processed as required for Vinliner manufacturing.
• Handle raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate stock counts and update material records daily.

2. Machine Operation Support

• Ensure accurate setup of rewinding and cutting machines.
• Monitor machine functionality to ensure continuous operation.
• Report any machine errors, faults, or deviations immediately.
• Assist machine operators and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Prepare the next process with sufficient material to avoid downtime.
