Tsebo Facilities Solutions is seeking a Call Centre Agent to provide professional Helpdesk services, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to contractual obligations. This permanent position is based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities
- Call Management: Answer incoming calls promptly (within 20 seconds), logging details accurately in the Helpdesk System.
- Customer Interaction: Provide timely feedback to clients, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain reports as per client specifications.
- Supplier Administration: Manage supplier documentation, including credit applications and payment queries.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to SHEQ policies and ensure service delivery aligns with the PPP Agreement.jobin.co.za
Required Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12 (essential); tertiary qualification in call centre or customer service is advantageous.
- Experience: 2–3 years in a call/client centre environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Infor EAM system is beneficial.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the PPP model, SARS Tax and VAT Acts, and applicable legislation.grabjobs.co
