Role Purpose
Provide efficient, high-quality service to clients by managing the administration of multiple schemes. Responsibilities include receiving, assessing, and responding to client queries within established service-level agreements
Requirements
-Grade 12 certificate or NQF Level 4 qualification
-2–5 years’ experience in insurance administration
-Intermediate Excel proficiency (preferred)
-Experience with employee benefits administration (advantageous)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
-Independently handle full administrative workflows for risk and retirement schemes
-Perform accurate reconciliations for member and risk premiums
-Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies
-Manage scheme data from enrolment through termination
-Process and execute payments for all claim types
-Resolve client queries on first contact (via phone/email)
-Coordinate application requirements and communicate directly with clients as needed
-Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly reconciliation deadlines
-Assist clients in alignment with Momentum values to enhance retention and satisfaction
-Foster and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
-Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks in client interactions
-Stay current on product updates and legislative changes for accurate client support
-Conduct monthly data reconciliations to support client reporting
