Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of the General Worker role is to support daily operational functions, maintain a clean and efficient workspace, assist with inventory and stock‑related tasks, operate tools and equipment safely, and uphold the company’s safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

1. General Labour Duties

• Perform a variety of general labour tasks, including sweeping, mopping, waste removal, tidying up work areas, and maintaining cleanliness across the facility.
• Support workplace orderliness by organizing tools, materials, and equipment in designated spaces.
• Assist in preparing workstations for daily activities to ensure seamless workflow.

2. Inventory & Stock Support

• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
• Move, lift, carry, and organise products, materials, and supplies as needed.
• Support stock rotation and proper storage to avoid damage or waste.
• Help track inventory levels and communicate shortages to supervisors.

3. Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• Learn to operate a variety of workplace tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment and tools to ensure they remain in good working condition.
• Follow all operating instructions and report malfunctioning equipment immediately.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, hazard‑free work environment to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Wear required protective gear when performing potentially hazardous tasks.
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment failures, or potential hazards to management without delay.

5. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to support an efficient and smooth workflow across the facility.
• Assist colleagues during peak periods, urgent tasks, or project‑related activities.

6. Task Completion & Reporting

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the General Worker role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
