Duties and Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks
- Get quotations, make and accept purchase orders
- Put together the minutes Uphold systems such as ELKE, entropy, etc.
- Put together reports Keep records up to date.
- Organize gatherings
- Regulate and even out the numbers
- Help with the audits
- Respect the document retention policy by filing and safeguarding papers.
- Uphold the system: System of Quality Management Get meeting materials ready.
- Reserve boardrooms and other meeting spaces as needed.
- placing orders for and making purchases of external laboratory supplies
- Keep training records for every employee working in a lab.
Fulfill function/department specific role
- Manage an entire procedure
