  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Procedure for changing policies
  • In charge of maintaining one’s own policies

Job Requirements

Formal Education:

  • Matric

Call Centre Certificate

 

Technical/Legal Certification :

  • RE 5 (Benefit) Becoming
  • Registered as an Employee
  • Representative (Benefit) Acknowledged credentials according to FSB (Advantage))

 

Experience: 

  • 1 Years’ Experience as a call centre agent (outbound)
  • Insurance Industry
