Job description

 

Key Outputs:
This learning intervention is a complete qualification that consists of 132 credits of structured, unit-standard-based learning mixed with real-world/workplace experience. Following their completion of the qualification, the youth will possess the following competencies:
Competencies:
Turning become a call resolution employee who can handle everything.
Maintaining information and keeping it updated in a highly pressured atmosphere to ensure that customer service requirements are met.
Capacity to promote and sell goods.
Actively promoting and cross-promoting various products.
Proficiency in viewing invoices, credit notes, adjustments, advance payments, and payment allocations.
Managing electronic correspondence · Supporting data-integrity initiatives
Dealing with contracts and scheduling, and comprehending tracker systems.

 

Minimum requirements

 

· Have a valid South African ID as a citizen
· Be between the ages of 18 and 35 and not have a criminal record
· Complete your matriculation with a D or level 4 symbol pass in English
. At the moment, I do not have a job and do not attend school full-time.
· A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
· Excellent interpersonal skills · Detail orientation
· Desire and potential for learning
· The ability to deal with a constantly changing and stressful environment
· The capacity to work in an environment where multiskilling is required
· Basic computer skills
