Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate of Matriculation
  • Prior branch administration experience is advantageous.
  • competency with Microsoft Word and Excel and computer literacy strong organizational
  • and administrative abilities
  • It is imperative to have strong planning, leadership, and interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities
  • Own transportation is necessary.

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):

  • Monitor and oversee the Branch Manager’s diary typing of reports on a weekly and monthly basis,
  • as requested by management answering and resolving inquiries from clients and the branch;
  • both over the phone and online
  • Completing the necessary paperwork in an alphabetical and numeric manner general office tasks
  • and support helping management as needed to accomplish their tasks
  • Making travel and lodging arrangements for the manager Fuel, vehicles, and business fleet administration
  • Recording payroll requests in the Payroll system
  • Helping management via the HR website releasing the PO and the Capex Monthly ordering of refreshments and stationery
  • Maintain Records of Polygraph Tests handling of customer funds
  • Treasury balancing Checks on the float supervision of employees assuming overall accountability for the operation of the center and its results
  • Both duration and presence Everyday inventory

Other personality attributes:

  • Proactiveness, extreme organization,
  • vigor, and inventiveness are required.
  • You must also be able to operate alone
  • and under pressure. strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to communicate properly with staff members at all levels and clients
