Specific Role Responsibilities

Help sales representatives and team leaders with their administrative needs.

Respond to inquiries and give the manager or team leader the information they require.

pursuing inquiries and cases until they are settled

Assure the best possible service delivery by responding to all help requests, including phone and email inquiries.

Carry out data entry Examine the timetables for policies.

Call transcription to support managers and team leaders during the decision-making process

Make sure that client data is updated whenever needed.

Precisely recording cases on the AD Hoc duties system

 

Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 or Matric;

minimum of two to three years in administration;

expertise in customer service in a related field;

preferred: prior experience with short-term insurance Outstanding communication abilities,

including a business-savvy approach,

a professional telephone manner,

and the capacity to interact with zeal and determination

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities strong mastery of the English language knowledgeable about computers

Microsoft Word Microsoft Excell

Skills and Personal Attributes

Credit and Criminal Unambiguous dependable transportation or your own

Confident Capacity for multitasking and outstanding time management

Precision and meticulousness; capacity to function under duress;
