Full job description
- Keep an eye on and manage entry and exit to the FlySafair facility;
- Make ensuring that the facility is only accessible to authorized individuals, cars, supplies, company property, and consumables;
- When necessary, help remove offenders from the property;
- Keep an eye out for indications of illegal activity or disturbances and interact with pertinent parties;
- Report any occurrences or actions that seem suspicious;
- patrol the perimeter and all facilities as needed;
- As needed, lend a hand with ad hoc tasks.
- Perform general car and valuables searches.
- 12th grade or above;
- Grade C (Essential) Security Certificate; Flexibility in working weekends, public holidays, and shift work;
- Knowledge of basic security and aviation (which is advantageous).
