Key Performance Areas

 

1. Delivering TOP-notch customer service to make the customer’s experience WOW
2. Attend to each customer’s specific demands when they shop, and constantly prioritize the needs of the customer
3. Making certain that clients receive timely and pertinent assistance over the phone and on the sales floor
4. Follow all fundamental guidelines for client service
5. Ascertaining the needs of clients and providing guidance on the range, cost, and guarantees of products
6. Giving customers product demonstrations, explanations, and advice
7. Making sales of products, and above all, boosting sales of services
8. Guaranteeing accurate pricing and presentation of goods

9. Ensuring timely and planned execution of promotions

10. Compliance with all housekeeping standards and timetables, merchandising layouts, and scheduling
11. Organizing, carrying out, and maintaining all publicized sales promotions

Entry Requirement

1. Matric Certificate
2. 6 (six) months retail experience
3. Must have own or reliable transport to be able to work shifts

General

1. To perform any additional pertinent tasks as asked by Senior Management
2. To complete all required coursework and any relevant service training.
3. Ensuring that all information is kept strictly secret; 4. Conducting regular evaluations and reviews of personal growth
5. To accept accountability for adhering to the most recent standard operating procedures (SOPs).

6. To completely cooperate with the adoption of any new technology or new techniques.
