âś… Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all stock movements—receipts, issues, transfers—and ensure timely and accurate entries.
- Process and record every stock transaction in the ERP/inventory system daily.
- Maintain and archive all supporting documentation for stock transactions (e.g., GRVs, pick slips, invoices).
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance to ensure all stock data aligns with physical counts.
- Regularly identify, investigate, and report any discrepancies or stock variances.
- Support monthly or periodic stocktakes and internal audits.
- Assist with ad hoc administration and maintain warehouse filing standards.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in stock control, inventory, or warehouse administration
- Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office—especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experienced with inventory or ERP systems—SAP will be a strong advantage
- Attributes:
- Strong communicator with solid teamwork skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly accurate and dependable.
