🗂️ Duties & Responsibilities

Support the Catering Manager with monthly client account reconciliations

Maintain robust financial control systems

Monitor stock consumption and report anomalies

Assist with monthly surprise audits and regular stock takes

Consolidate meal and event costings and track GP margins with Catering Managers

Process all invoicing

Demonstrate initiative and innovation, including assisting at events when needed

Prepare weekly profit and loss summaries for the unit

Submit all bookkeeping returns and trading analysis to Regional Office, ensuring reconciliation by the Friday after stock takes

Conduct spot checks: Control Sheets vs POS vs cash receipts

Perform cash count checks and reconcile with PRS cash on hand

Manage and administer local debtor transactions and payments

Ensure accurate filing and prompt submission of all financial documentation

Excellent verbal and written communication

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and general computer usage

Strong planning, organization, and interpersonal capabilities

Works well in a team and delivers exceptional client service


🎓 Qualifications

Relevant Degree, Diploma, or Certificate

Food industry background essential; prior experience in a similar role advantageous
