Main Purpose
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, including delays or cancellations. Provide clear, knowledgeable assistance to passengers, ensuring processes are explained and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
-Handle inbound calls from passengers and customers.
-Resolve issues such as flight delays, cancellations, and booking changes.
-Explain processes and procedures clearly, and guide customers as needed.
-Work cohesively in a team and be available for extended shift work.
-Manage confidential information with care.
-Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
Requirements
Education & Experience
-Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
-1–4 years’ experience in a call centre environment.
-Relevant travel or tourism qualification is a plus
Technical Skills
-Excellent English communication (spoken, written, reading).
-Strong computer literacy and phone etiquette.
-Clean criminal and credit records.
-Valid transport or ability to commute, especially during shifts and weekends

-Punctuality and excellent timekeeping.
-Exceptional customer-service orientation and patience.
-Assertiveness and strong conflict-resolution skills.
