You will be responsible for overseeing the operational tasks involved in creating an outstanding passenger experience, maintaining the highest standards of integrity, and ensuring that all administrative processes meet strict compliance requirements. • Safety Compliance: Ensure continuous adherence to all relevant safety policies and procedures, including those related to cabin operations, emergency protocols, and equipment handling.
• Passenger Experience: Take charge of tasks aimed at delivering a superior passenger experience, ensuring comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the flight journey.
• Integrity & Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of integrity in all actions, maintaining professional conduct and a positive image for both the airline and passengers.
• Administrative Compliance: Ensure all administrative processes meet compliance standards, including accurate record-keeping and adherence to aviation regulations.

Requirements

Education & Certifications

• Essential:
  • Grade 12 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Mandatory Certifications:
  • SACAA Cabin Crew License.
  • Avmed DD50 Medical Certificate.
  • Dangerous Goods Certificate.
  • Ditching Certificate.
  • Fire-Fighting Certificate.
• Other Requirements:
  • A valid South African driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • English language proficiency at Level 4.
  • Medically fit, with the ability to swim.
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, including early-morning sign-ons and late-evening sign-offs.
