Role Purpose:
As a Casual Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service within the iStore. You’ll engage customers by offering a hands-on experience with the latest Apple devices and services, guiding them toward complete and tailored solutions.
You don’t need to be a tech expert to join us—we’ll provide you with in-depth product training and sales tools to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively welcome, approach, and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Product Demonstrations: Provide hands-on demonstrations of Apple devices and services, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Needs Assessment: Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and recommend suitable Apple products or service solutions.
- Sales: Maximise sales opportunities by suggesting complementary products, services, and accessories.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a consistent and premium customer experience aligned with Apple brand values.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with your fellow team members to achieve store goals and maintain high service standards.
- Learning & Development: Continuously grow your knowledge through training and upskilling opportunities provided by iStore.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12) is a minimum requirement.
- Sales Experience in a retail environment is advantageous, especially in consumer electronics or lifestyle products.
- Product Knowledge: Passion for and basic understanding of Apple products and services is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse customers.
- Customer Orientation: A genuine interest in helping people and solving problems.
- Team Player: Enthusiastic about contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
