Available Positions
1. Shotgun-Trained Security Guards (x15 Positions)
Location: Gauteng – Multiple Sites
Purpose: To provide high-level security coverage in areas requiring armed protection, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and the public through tactical readiness and professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform armed guarding duties at commercial, industrial, or residential sites.
- Conduct patrols and site inspections to detect, deter, and report security risks.
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
- Adhere strictly to firearm handling, safety, and operational procedures.
- Complete incident and daily activity reports accurately and promptly.
- Cooperate with law enforcement during investigations and emergency operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or accredited SAQA NQF Level 4 qualification.
- PSIRA registration – Minimum Grade C.
- Valid Firearm Competency Certificate (Shotgun).
- Valid Code B driver’s license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in asset protection, guarding, or crime prevention.
- Excellent situational awareness and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to work shifts, weekends, and extended hours if required.
2. Unarmed Security Guards (x15 Positions)
Location: Gauteng – Various Client Sites
Purpose: To provide visible security presence, access control, and incident prevention through vigilance, professionalism, and customer engagement without the use of firearms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform access control duties, monitor entrances and exits, and verify identification.
- Patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, or theft.
- Record and report suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards.
- Maintain clear communication with control rooms and site supervisors.
- Support emergency response operations, including evacuation and crowd control.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compliant work environment at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 9 or accredited SAQA NQF Level 1 qualification.
- PSIRA registration – Minimum Grade D.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in guarding or asset protection.
- Ability to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable, disciplined, and punctual with a neat personal appearance.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
3. Special Trained Security Guards (x30 Positions)
Location: Gauteng – High-Security Operations
Purpose: To deliver specialized security services requiring advanced tactical skills, situational intelligence, and professional coordination in high-risk environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage specialized security operations and protect high-value assets or clients.
- Conduct surveillance, crowd management, and tactical support operations.
- Apply advanced defensive driving, risk assessment, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Prepare detailed incident and operations reports for management review.
- Train and mentor junior guards to maintain service excellence across teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or accredited SAQA NQF Level 4 qualification.
- PSIRA registration – Minimum Grade C.
- Valid Firearm Competency Certificate and Code B driver’s license.
- At least 3 years’ proven experience in specialized or tactical guarding operations.
- Strong leadership, observation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent command of English and one other South African language.
