Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Warmly welcome, meet, and greet all visitors entering the organisation.
- Determine visitor needs and direct them accordingly in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Ensure every customer receives service that reflects the organisation’s high-quality brand standards.
Call Handling & Communication
- Respond promptly to incoming calls, ensuring a professional, courteous, and accurate call‑handling experience.
- Transfer calls to relevant departments or staff members and provide general information when necessary.
- Control, record, and monitor all outgoing trunk calls and incoming reverse-charge calls.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Escalate any unresolved operational or service‑delivery issues to Operational Management.
- Prepare and report on transactional activities to support accurate decision-making within your area of responsibility.
- Organise, plan, and manage your work routine to meet performance objectives efficiently.
- Ensure all tasks align with company governance, compliance requirements, ethics, integrity standards, and legal protocols.
Customer Service & Brand Representation
- Represent Kia South Africa with a positive attitude and high standard of personal presentation.
- Support the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless front‑line interaction.
- Maintain an approachable and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring each guest feels valued and welcomed.
Minimum Qualifications
To apply for the Receptionist position at Kia South Africa, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric (mandatory).
- Experience in the motor industry will be a strong added advantage.
- Must have a clear criminal record.
