About the Clover CSC Learnership
This programme is designed to empower learners with:

At the end of the 12‑month learnership, learners who meet all assessment requirements will receive a recognized NQF qualification, along with practical work experience that significantly enhances employability.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
✔ Educational Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF 4
- Matric must have been completed between 2021 and 2025
- Minimum 55% in English
- Minimum 55% in Mathematics OR Maths Literacy
✔ Additional Requirements
- Must be unemployed at the time of applying
- Must NOT be currently enrolled in any other learnership
- Must NOT have previously completed a call centre or similar learnership
- Computer literacy – advanced level
- Must be willing to commit to a full‑time 12‑month programme
- Must be a South African citizen
- Preferably living in or near Roodepoort / West Rand

Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Excellence
- Provide high‑quality customer service to all callers
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Assist customers with queries, orders, and complaints
2. Query Resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns through the correct stakeholders
- Follow proper escalation processes
- Ensure queries are handled within service deadlines
3. Order Management
- Capture customer orders accurately and timely
- Work according to the daily call list and order schedule
- Confirm order details with customers using standard operating procedures
- Inform customers when accounts are on hold
4. Communication With Stakeholders
- Notify relevant internal teams of issues affecting customer orders
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve customer concerns
5. Sales Support
- Promote and sell Clover and Principal products
- Suggest new or additional products to customers based on their order history
- Highlight product features, specials, and promotions
6. Team Support & Collaboration
- Promote teamwork and cooperation across the call centre
- Assist colleagues where necessary to achieve team KPIs
- Contribute to team success through shared responsibilities
- Participate in team meetings and discussions
- Take ownership of visual management tools and departmental information boards
