Job Purpose

The purpose of this Receptionist role is to manage all front‑desk duties, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, directing enquiries, managing mail, maintaining the reception area, and providing administrative support to ensure excellent workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front‑Desk Management & Customer Reception

You will be the face of Hyundai SA, ensuring visitors and customers feel welcomed and assisted.

  • Greet and welcome all visitors in a friendly, polite, and professional manner
  • Ensure guests are helped promptly and directed to the correct person or department
  • Maintain a calm, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times
  • Ensure walk‑in customers receive an excellent first impression

2. Telephone & Communication Handling

You will manage incoming calls, ensuring professional communication.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members

3. Mail, Deliveries & Document Handling

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma / Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent

Experience Requirements
