# Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Field Investigator

## Job Purpose
To conduct field investigations for the Geographical Information System (GIS), supporting accurate data collection and system functionality.

## Key Responsibility Areas
– Perform GIS field investigations to locate and map services.
– Operate advanced electronic equipment to identify and coordinate existing infrastructure, occasionally assisting consultants with infrastructure location.
– Document and record investigation findings accurately.
– Report faulty equipment to the Global Positioning System Field Coordinator for repair.
– Monitor and report material shortages before depletion.
– Maintain, clean, and securely store all equipment when not in use.
– Ensure equipment requiring charging is fully charged overnight for next-day readiness.

## Essential Requirements
