- Position: Insurance Representative
- Department: Insurance Department
- Reports to: Group Insurance Manager
- Purpose:
- Promote and manage insurance product sales
- Ensure legal compliance
- Mitigate vicarious liability claims and reputational risk
- Contribute to growth, client service, and retention
📋 Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Financial management qualification (preferred)
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
🧭 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update insurance policies for:
- Umsuka Wemali Finance
- Fidelity Risk
- Fidelity Cash Solutions
- Support Group insurance placement and administration
- Provide service for Telesure Project Optimise
- Ensure compliance with insurance and financial regulations
- Handle liability claims with London underwriters:
- Collect and forward relevant documentation
- Request internal reports and contracts
- Update claim systems (ICBM)
- Perform general administrative and insurance-related tasks
