You will be expected to handle a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks, including:

1. Document and Filing Management:

  • Maintain filing systems and manage document flow.
  • Receive, record, and distribute documents.
  • Develop an effective document tracking system.

2. Secretarial Support:

  • Prepare documentation for meetings/workshops.
  • Take minutes and compile reports.
  • Manage the supervisor’s diary, appointments, and events.

3. Administrative Support:

  • Arrange logistics for meetings, travel, and workshops.
  • Handle procurement of stationery and equipment.
  • Manage assets and inventory.
  • Perform general tasks like photocopying, faxing, emailing.
