🛎️ Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: Provide reception services, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and handle guest queries promptly.
  • Communication: Keep the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors informed of guest feedback and departmental updates.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Training: Attend training courses and assist with the Night Team’s training and development efforts.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and other general product information.
  • Sales: Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash in accordance with hotel credit policies.
  • Compliance: Adhere to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Equipment Use: Follow policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
  • Brand Standards: Uphold company brand standards and assist other departments as necessary.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
  • Education: Completed high school certificate or equivalent.
  • Communication: Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
