✅ Key Responsibilities
- Source, optimize, and control maintenance spares
- Identify and procure competitive parts (best price, same quality)
- Monitor and verify all stock-related transactions
- Evaluate supplier performance and take necessary actions
- Place capital orders and follow up on deliveries
- Manage processes related to direct and service parts
- Coordinate services and repairs for maintenance shared vehicles and machines
- Administer all processes related to maintenance purchasing
- Follow up daily with open order delivery dates
- Oversee quarterly stock takes
- Maintain filing and administration
- Manage employee performance and development
- Train subordinates as identified
- Administer the Time and Attendance system
🎓 Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Experience: Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes at the required level
- Language: Fluent in Business English
- Computer Skills: Intermediate computer literacy
- Driver’s License: Code 08
- Availability: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
