✈️ Key Responsibilities

  • Personnel Records & Documentation: Maintain and update cabin crew personnel records, including licenses, medicals, and certificates.
  • Uniform & Grooming Support: Assist with uniform fittings, address grooming queries, and liaise with Johannesburg regarding uniform discrepancies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance in updating manuals, capturing flight reports, and managing attendance registers.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Coordinate the onboarding process for new cabin crew members, ensuring integration across departments (uniforms, parking, iPads, training documents, and rostering).
  • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate events such as the Wings Parade.
  • Leave & Attendance Management: Administer daily leave applications and track attendance.
  • Feedback Collection: Assist in obtaining flight delay feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback from cabin crew.
  • Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews and arrange venues for recruitment processes.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to Flight Operations processes and standards as delegated by management.

✅ Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent (essential); relevant tertiary education (advantageous).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative role (essential); previous operations experience (beneficial).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Professional demeanor with high integrity.
    • Reliable and dependable.
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Immaculate timekeeping.
