Purpose of the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of The FIX brand – creating positive, lasting impressions with every customer interaction. You will play a vital role in driving sales, exceeding customer expectations, and ensuring the store is always ready to deliver excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily duties will include:
- Acting as a brand ambassador, consistently delivering excellent service and embodying The FIX’s vibrant style and culture.
- Exceeding customer expectations by identifying needs and providing the best possible solutions.
- Actively tracking sales performance against individual and store targets, ensuring goals are consistently achieved.
- Selling across a diverse product range, staying up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
- Proactively seeking out opportunities to grow sales and enhance customer experience.
- Assisting with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always well presented, stocked, and customer-ready.
- Supporting the team in maintaining visual merchandising standards, housekeeping, and overall store appearance.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
- Previous retail or sales experience will be an advantage but is not essential.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment.
