We are seeking to appoint a Data Input Clerk in our Bloem Mediclinic Admin Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who want to kickstart or grow their career within the healthcare administration environment.


Purpose of the Role

The Data Input Clerk is responsible for supporting administrative accuracy and data integrity across all operations within the Bloemfontein facility. This position forms a key part of our high-performance culture, ensuring that data logging, reporting, and documentation processes are completed efficiently and accurately.

The role does not require prior work experience, making it an excellent entry point for motivated candidates with a Grade 12 qualification and a willingness to learn.


Key Responsibilities

As a Data Input Clerk, you will:

  • Perform data capturing with accuracy, ensuring all records and documentation are up to date.
  • Support smooth administrative processes, ensuring that systems are well-maintained and reports are produced on time.
  • Handle logging and reporting duties in line with company standards.
  • Maintain the integrity of information systems by ensuring data is complete, correct, and accessible when required.
  • Provide administrative assistance to internal teams, contributing to the seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Foster positive interactions with colleagues and clients by maintaining a professional and supportive attitude.
  • Contribute to upholding the Ampath brand by promoting accuracy, service excellence, and accountability in all tasks.

Role Requirements

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
  • No previous experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.

Skills and Competencies

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
  • Basic computer literacy, with the ability to work effectively on MS Office tools.
  • Comfort in working with numbers and numerical data.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
