Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Filing: In charge of maintaining the Daily Fitment sheet and submitting it to Head Office.
  • Reporting: Accurate and timely Excel reporting on cash, stock, orders, and other items
  • Housekeeping: In charge of procuring and overseeing the depot’s stationery, including cleaning supplies.
  • Stock Control: In charge of accurately and promptly executing stock takes and maintaining daily stock movements current on the internal system.
  • placing orders for supplies and inventory, coordinating GRNs with purchase orders, and promptly sending signed invoices to the Head Office creditor’s department
  • Ad-hoc: Any additional duties that your manager or senior managers at Beekman Head Office ask you to perform.

Qualifications and Experience

Two to three years of experience in a customer service or office administration setting would be beneficial.

Experience with Syspro or a comparable internal system for at least three years at least three years of expertise with Outlook and Excel
