MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Senior Certificate / Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- No prior experience required (experience in administration or public service will be an advantage)
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Planning and organizational ability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Language proficiency in English and one other official language
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Attention to detail and administrative accuracy
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
As an Administration Clerk, your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering general clerical and administrative support to functional teams
- Assisting in supply chain clerical tasks, including procurement and stock tracking
- Performing human resource administration duties, such as leave processing and personnel filing
- Assisting in financial administration, such as petty cash, travel claims, or budget tracking
- Providing front-desk or reception support when required
- Capturing data and maintaining official records in compliance with department procedures
- Assisting in court-related administration and case management, where applicable
