Available Positions

1. External Invigilators (x15 Posts)

  • Remuneration: R270.90 per session
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collect examination scripts from the Chief Invigilator.
    • Supervise and monitor students during examination sessions.
    • Uphold examination rules and prevent irregularities.
    • Pack, record, and hand over completed scripts to the Chief Invigilator.
    • Sign mark sheets to ensure accountability.

2. Examination Assistants (x4 Posts)

  • Remuneration: R180.60 per day
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist with the collection and packing of scripts.
    • Support invigilators with administrative and logistical tasks.
    • Maintain accurate records of examination materials.
    • Ensure that documentation is signed, tracked, and submitted on time.
    • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Chief Invigilator.

Minimum Requirements

All applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Educational Background:
    • Matric / NQF Level 4 is compulsory.
    • Tertiary education will be considered an added advantage.
  • Documentation Required (Certified):
    • Cover letter stating the position applied for.
    • Updated CV.
    • Certified copy of Identity Document.
    • Certified copies of qualifications.
