  • Skills: Advanced Excel, SAP knowledge (advantageous), strong numerical & time management ability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm production orders, issue bulk material, and allocate machine/labour hours
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports (e.g. OPI, water usage, downtime)
  • Assist with budget preparation and manage PPE/stationery orders
  • Track production variances and support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to Heineken’s Internal Control Compliance (ICC) policies
  • Support procurement and capital expenditure documentation
  • Willingness to work overtime based on operational needs
