Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Matric / Grade 12
- Experience: 1–2 years in production or FMCG admin role
- Skills: Advanced Excel, SAP knowledge (advantageous), strong numerical & time management ability
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm production orders, issue bulk material, and allocate machine/labour hours
- Generate weekly/monthly reports (e.g. OPI, water usage, downtime)
- Assist with budget preparation and manage PPE/stationery orders
- Track production variances and support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives
- Ensure adherence to Heineken’s Internal Control Compliance (ICC) policies
- Support procurement and capital expenditure documentation
- Willingness to work overtime based on operational needs

🔸 2. Administrative Support Officer
